VUX

Virtual User eXperince

Grundig, with its VUX technology that easily transforms an ordinary kitchen countertop into a usable workspace, became the recipient of the Innovation Honor Award at CES 2017, America's most important technology fair. Standing out with its design approach, Grundig was awarded the Innovation Honor Award at the 2017 CES Fair (International Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas, which brings together technology leaders from all over the world with  VUX (Virtual User Experience).

The CES Innovation Awards, one of the most prestigious awards in the field, are given by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)TM, the founder of CES 2017, which has been grading achievements in design and engineering of products since 1976.  Products that qualify for this program are evaluated by an elite jury consisting of independent engineers, industrial designers, and members of the trade press across a total of 28 categories.

VUX is revolutionizing kitchens

Using induction cooking and smart projection technologies to control all kitchen appliances from a single center, VUX creates a revolution by transforming an ordinary countertop into an intuitive workspace. The highly sophisticated control panel in VUX is displayed on the kitchen counter with the help of a projector integrated into the hood. The specially developed software, which operates with sensors, directly follows hand movements and interprets these movements as instructions, making it possible to adapt the area to your every need. Homeowners can cook on the countertop, which turns into a visual panel, while also watching their children through a camera.
